Laugh regularly;pracice thankfulness(one of my favorites); help others (another fave); spend some time outdoors in nature; take breaks; do some kind of physical activity; meditate daily; reward your small successes; spend time with your family (Zoom, Facetime, etc.); and finally, work towards your goals
